Years ago, I made a quiet but life-changing decision to leave an unsafe life. That moment marked the beginning of a deeper relationship with myself and a different way of moving through the world.
Drawing from my background in social science and lived experience as a neurodivergent single mom, I help others explore what’s next without pressure to fix or perform, giving space to pause and explore what lights them up.
