You know yourself. And life keeps moving. And even the most self-aware people can get so busy living that they lose the thread of who they actually are right now. Not the old version. Not the future one. This one. In this season. In this body. In this actual life.
That's not a flaw. That's just human.
Find Your Footing is three sessions together. Just us. We slow down and look honestly at what's actually here right now. What's present. What's stuck. What you've stopped noticing. What's still alive in you that you forgot was even there.
I'll reflect back what you can't quite see from the inside. And together we start to find the thread again.
Sometimes that's just conversation. Sometimes I'll offer you something small to carry into your week. A question worth sitting with. A moment of awareness. A practice that meets you exactly where you are. Nothing prescriptive. Nothing you have to earn or perform. Just the right thing at the right time, when I know it will land.
No fixing. No overhauling. Just you, seen clearly, in the life you're actually living.
