Hi, I’m Jenna, the heart behind Wildchild.
My work centers on human connection. I support people in understanding themselves, their energy, and the way they move through their lives, their work, and their relationships with greater clarity and self trust.
I have always been deeply curious about people. My background in social science, combined with years in the corporate world, shaped my ability to navigate complex dynamics, hold nuanced conversations, and understand what often sits beneath the surface. What I came to realize is that the most meaningful part of that work was never about outcomes. It was about people.
For a long time, I lived in a way that looked strong from the outside but felt disconnected on the inside. I overextended, overlooked red flags, and learned how to perform instead of listen. Eventually, life interrupted that pattern.
Leaving an unsafe life while pregnant became the beginning of a different path. What followed was nearly a decade of navigating both the court and medical systems while advocating for my son, all while holding everything together. It was a period that required resilience, but more importantly, it led me into a level of self awareness I had never accessed before.
The pause I had been avoiding became the space where truth surfaced.
That lived experience now shapes how I support others. I understand what it means to move through complexity, to hold responsibility while quietly questioning everything, and to sense that something is shifting before you have the language for it. Part of my work is helping you find that language.
As a neurodivergent thinker, I naturally see patterns, connections, and perspectives that are not always immediately visible. I am especially attuned to the relationship between what we think, what we feel, and what the body is communicating beneath it all.
Along the way, I expanded my work through practices like Human Design, energy work and became a Reiki Master, not as answers, but as tools that deepen self awareness and support more aligned decision making.
As I began to show up with more honesty and presence, I saw a shift not only within myself, but in my environment, especially with my son. The more grounded I became, the more ease and connection followed. It reinforced something I now see clearly in my work: when we reconnect with ourselves, it changes how everything around us responds.
It also brought something back online that had been quiet for a long time. Creativity. Joy. A sense of self that was not shaped by survival.
Today, through Wildchild, this work shows up in a few different ways, but all rooted in the same thing: understanding yourself more deeply and relating to your life from a place that feels more honest and aligned.
This work is not about fixing or optimizing who you are. It is about refinement, reconnection, and returning to what is already there with greater clarity and intention.
Sometimes it only takes one shift in perspective to open everything.
If you are ready to explore what is underneath the surface, you are in the right place.

everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued.
this space is committed to diversity, accessibility and inclusion.
All are welcome here.
